Introducing Jerry Boyce!

We thought it was finally time to introduce Jerry Boyce, our Business Development Manager through our Q&A blog. Jerry has been with the team for just shy of 12 months, but he has already established himself as such a crucial member of the team!

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 in the recycling industry? – Almost one year and boy what a learning curve I have been adjusting to and still so much to learn!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 the recycling industry? – The sheer nature of the diversity of customer industry types we speak to on a daily basis. From Formula 1 teams, Battery manufacturers, car dealer groups, Aviation and battery manufacturers are just a few of them.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 waste 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮? – As we have one of the first commercially operating lithium recycling facilities operating in the UK I am keen to provide a solution to companies for the recycling of the mountain of end of life batteries that are going to arrive in the coming years.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? 𝐇𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬/ 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬/𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 – Golf (if only I was good at it), a failed drummer, avid Spurs armchair fan, I love F1 and now Formula E. I am accredited in Business Development for Sales. L particularly love a hot holiday destination and would one day love to go to Australia. With our new owners I cannot wait to help with the expansion of our offering to the recycling of Lithium batteries through our current customers and our new ones
